We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the center of the city was perfect for us as we could easily explore the surroundings. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the friendly receptionist to the attentive bar manager. We also appreciated the convenient amenities such as the airport shuttle and laundry service, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel had a great spa and the rooms were very cozy. the location was convenient because it was near the bus stops and supermarkets.
The staff wasn't the friendliest and the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. the hotel lacked any unique or charming qualities.

Great location near public transport and lifts. Excellent food with a good variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. The hotel also offered a packed lunch service and snacks in the afternoon, which were a great addition.
No mini bar in the room and the overall service felt a bit lacking for a four-star hotel. Staff were not very accommodating when we arrived early, and we were left waiting for courses during dinner.

We loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly staff. The hotel spa was perfect to help us relax after a day of skiing. The location was great for accessing the four cable cars in the valley, plus the bus travel to the Stubai Glacier. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant.
